Jade Pettyjohn is an American actress and singer. She portrays Riley Leone on the CBS original drama, Fire Country.
Biography[]
Pettyjohn began her acting career at a young age, making her television debut in a 2009 episode of The Mentalist. In 2012, she portrayed 11-year-old Charlie Matheson in NBC's post-apocalyptic drama Revolution. She also portrayed "Young Samantha" in the same series. From 2014-2015, Pettyjohn portrayed Ava Tophet in The Last Ship and Chloe Hartman in the Disney series Henry Danger.
In 2016, Pettyjohn was cast in a starring role for the Emmy nominated Nickelodeon comedy-musical School of Rock as Summer Hathaway. She remained in this role for three seasons, up until the series' conclusion. The following year, she co-starred in the Nickelodeon Original Movie Rufus 2. Some of her other notable film roles include Trial by Fire, Destroyer, and Deadwood: The Movie. In 2019, Pettyjohn was cast in the Hulu drama series Little Fires Everywhere as Lexie Richardson. More recently, she landed a starring role in the first season of the ABC drama Big Sky as Grace Sullivan.
